Clean and tidy with enough room to swing a cat. Comfy bed. Good breakfast and friendly staff with great local knowledge.

Gary is a gentleman and would go out of his way to get you what you need and the rooms are absolutely spotless, loved our stay as always and the service was top notch.

First class experience from start to finished. Gary is so welcoming and his dedication to making his vistors feel like they're home from home is outstanding. His knowledge of Portrush and suggestions were very much welcomed. Our room was spotless and well equipped. Breakfast was cooked extremely well and was plentiful hot or cold. Our stay was like going to visit a family member. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Looking forward to our next visit.
