Nice location, nice apartment with good amenities, could’ve been cleaner

It was nice

Location was great. The apartment was wide enough. But the problem of collecting of the key from somewhere else was tiring.

It was clean but needed more I guess. Key problem was not nice.

Safe apartment,prime location ..no air con

Location was key with this property as it is close to promenade and close to train station so travel between old nice , beach and airport is easy peasy.

No airconditioning- the machine was there but it was very old unit with no instructions on how to use. Also it was stuffed with litter and not clean. So didnt really want to touch it. The apartment suffers from mosquitos due to the cul de sac environment. 3 Rue Andre pullen was where we stayed but other apartments you get a key to may have less mosquitos. 2nd bedroom was single bed very hard and not cleaned behind. Haird littered around plugs sides and walls. I am black so i know they were white people hair from previous visits. TV DID NOT TURN ON. we the found out in booklet for apartment its a prepay Tv with french instructions so entire 5 day visit we just played cards and sharades to fill our evening. I dont think i 2022 this is accepatble a standard requirement would be for basic TV channels french or other languages. We cleaned the flat ,emptied the bins as per the leaving instructions, but were appaulled to be notified by real estate staff that they couldn't find the keys to the apartment that we had dropped off in letter box at their offices. Staff were trying to be helpful however there was hint of blame in their tone to suggest we had misplaced the keys on the morning of flight home to the UK. Returned to the UK not knowing where keys had reached and hoping not to be made liable for it,as i had seen reviews on tripadvisor of other travellers having the same problems with this company in a ploy to deduct fund from bank accounts. The Stay was safe as we stayed on level 3 but noise from ongoing roadworks at night made it difficult to sleep between 11pm and 3am. Would not stay here again, will opt for a hotel next time. However if you are on budget and dont mind a few niggles would recommend.

La ubicación sobre todo, cerca de una zona con cafeterías, bares y restaurantes, además de supermercados para elegir. Y cuadra y media de la playa en la zona costera más linda de la ciudad

No tiene aire acondicionado y para los días de verano con altos registros de calor dormir es un problema. la heladera bajo mesada podría actualizarse. No hay ropero en la habitación principal ni lugar donde apoyar nada.
