Le site principal est très beau. Le personnel est aimable. Petit déjeuner très bon. Management sympa et flexible.

Écoutez, la casa Munfra est en réalité une dépendance de l hôtel principal. Ça n est pas clair sur booking. Et le problème est la: cet établissement est négligé, sale et sans aucun personnel. De plus, comme j ai pu le lire dans les commentaires, un chien aboie toute la nuit. C est pénible. Et quand vous voyez des traces de chaussures sur les murs de la chambre, qui il y a des cocons d araignées dans la salle de bain, ça n inspire pas confiance. Mais, encore une fois, le personnel a été réactif. La chambre a été nettoyée à notre demande. Ce que je peux dire: à mon avis personnel sur exploité, comme souvent. Et ça donne des équipes fatiguées. Il faut plus de monde et probablement les payer plus. Surtout que les chambres sont chères.
