I had an amazing stay with my family at Mandarin. The staff were exceptional, our villa was incredible and the service is second to none!

An oasis in the middle of Marrakech if you visit during sunmer. A stunning hotel with expansive rooms that provides a level of service that is second to none. The housekeeping staff particularly deserve a tip of my hat due to the attention to detail. Thank you also to our butler Ali who helped us book a venue for the Morocco vs Netherlands
game.
The best though was the spa, wow. The hammam and the massage we got for the Tangerine Delight (I can't remember the proper name) was the best in our 3 week holiday across Morocco.
I do wish the hotel had more options to eat at but those that existed were great. The breakfast beef tagine was so flavorful!

Exceptional - Staff, Cocktails, Ling Ling Cantonese restaurant, Pool Garden restaurant (lunch). Mexican tent with tequilas based cocktails & tapas food
If we had to pick something…& it’s very hard but perhaps it could benefit from one dedicated bar that wasn’t attached to a restaurant - just somewhere you could have a cocktail or mocktail.
