Maravillosa atención del personal, tanto en recepción como en cocina y aseo. Dieron respuesta a quejas y ayudaron con contactos sobre otros servicios en la región. Desayuno muy completo. Bonita piscina, vista a la playa, aseado.
Tuvimos que solicitar que se hablara con algunos huéspedes por el volumen alto de parlantes personales, sería bueno que este tipo de dispositivos no fuera permitido ya que el hotel se vende como un sitio de desconexión y descanso. Lo bueno fue que el equipo enfrentó la situación. Podría haber más variedad en las comidas. Había muchos zancudos, nos ayudaron con pastillas pero no nos daba tranquilidad por la posible transmisión de enfermedades.

The property is new
The property doesn’t even provide water bottles for purchase. There is no restaurant on site. It’s far away from everything and I think it was overpriced. They also charged us an additional tax that we were not supposed to pay because we are not Colombian residents, that tax was almost 20% more.
