The staff were really friendly, the location was perfect for my needs in the Kawther area, the pool was pleasant, rooms were well soundproofed, beds were comfy. The spa was also really good.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom which we reported and it wasn't fixed. The toilet leaked but that was fixed quickly. The internet in the room didn't work as there was a problem with the cable. We reported it several times and eventually someone came to check it. They said someone would come back in 30 minutes but they never came back. We gave up trying to fix it in the end.

Great location
Staff members unfriendly. On the last day there was a black out and the cleaning guy didn’t tidy up the room. We asked the receptionist why the room was not done and they lied and didn’t want to help. At the end the room stayed unclean even though we specifically asked them to clean it. There is no internet in the rooms, we had to go near the lobby to have service and we had to ask for the password every single day !!! Bad service overall !!!
