It’s quiet and serene.. a ample room space, a vast terrace(veranda) and walking distance to the beach.

The room was very. very big and comfortable. The aircon worked perfectly which was nice given how hot it was during our stay.
We’ve really enjoyed the location. It’s a 10mins walk to Station 1 if you go through the beach or you can get a scooter/e-trike ride just outside the hotel for very cheap (150-200 pesos). Diniwid beach is a little gem, much more authentic and less touristy than the other main beaches on the island. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boracay.
The staff was also very nice and helpful.
The water takes a little while to get warm but it’s not a big deal depending on the time of the year you’re travelling.
One little thing was that I ordered banana pancakes for breakfast (specifically for the banana) and they were brought to me without it. When I asked for it the staff told me they ran out of bananas - that’s totally fine but I would have liked to know that before I ordered them.
Other than that, it was a great stay :)

I had a really lovely stay at Sulu Sea Boutique Hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful — always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome.
One of the best parts of staying here is how close the hotel is to the beautiful private stretch of White Beach in Zone 1, which in my opinion is the nicest part of the area. It felt almost like having my own little secluded paradise. The view from the hotel is also stunning — perfect for taking photos or simply sitting back and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. I spent quite a few afternoons just relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
I also appreciated the breakfast each morning, which was a really nice way to start the day.
There are just a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in my room — although, to be honest, that ended up being a bit of a blessing because it helped me disconnect and truly relax. Still, a stronger connection would be helpful, especially for those who might need to catch up on work.
It would also be great if the hotel offered laundry facilities, since that’s something many travelers find useful. Some small maintenance updates would make a big difference too, like improving the water pressure in the shower and addressing a bit of mold in certain spots.
Because the hotel is slightly away from the busier parts of the island, it’s very peaceful — but it also means relying on moto taxis to get around. Unfortunately, the drivers on the road nearby tend to overcharge. It might be helpful if the hotel could work with some trusted local drivers to offer fair rates for guests.
