Pleasant

It was convenient whereby there were many great and affordable food areas around the corner! The host was also pretty proficient with English and that made the stay more convenient as we had a detailed information book to refer to.

The problem with these type of resting areas is that there is no housekeeping. On top of that, we are required to sort out our own rubbish and help to throw them out. While in general, the housing seems to be adequately tidy and neat, we unfortunately got the unit with the rubbish chute directly outside. As such, there were many flies which defeat the purpose of having such an aesthetic view, given that we could not open the windows. On top of that, the previous visitors may have barbecued or cooked in the housing without turning off the aircon. As such the ventilation was pretty bad and we had to search for various means to reduce the uncomfortable smell.

Nice place just expect space to be small and compact

Easily accessible, clean, nice staff, Facilities as mentioned

Heater needs to be turn on every 30mins( water) Very small space if for 3 person; 2 would be just nice Bathroom really tiny

Good

Breakfast was not included but was in a quiet location was close to everything and could walk if needed to but we had a car.

It lacked privacy from the street thru the windows and therefore no outlook. It wasn’t very comfortable or relaxing for a long term stay but perfect for a short term stay as we had to shop for food to eat in and kitchen not really set up to cook and no cleaning products.

Great location. Basic but comfortable. Very accommodating host.

Close to all things Furano (location). Clean. felt safe and secure. Host was very welcoming

A little noisy with neighbouring guests. It took a while for the heater to heat up the room in the afternoon (coming back from snowboarding). The drains were noisy and had an odour. the bathroom was quite small, though manageable. Towels were quite thin. No hair conditioner.

Superb

The host was very helpful. He offered dinner suggestions for some really good food. The room was spacious and we liked that it had a kitchen and a refrigerator so we could get groceries and cook.

Extra toilet paper could be stored in the room especially since the rooms were restocked daily.

Exceptional

Wooden room was wonderful. Very clean and tidy. Has 2 windows which is a great plus. Small kitchen and utensils would make longer stay pretty comfortable.

Very clean rooms, great location and the owner super friendly & very helpful

We stayed there a couple of nights and he had a really nice experience. Place has everything to make your self feel comfortable and the location was great. The owner was very friendly and helpful recommending really good restaurants for dinner. Really good value of money

Friendly and comfortable.

This was my second time staying at Brick House and it was great. The owner is very nice and helpful. He has put together a folder of instructions and local guides in English so it is easy to get around Furano without speaking Japanese. The room is very big and comfortable, it has a kettle and hot plate so you can dine in. I have only been there in the winter and the climate control in the room is very good, we did not feel the cold overnight. We look forward to staying again.
