Located in Caguas, this attractive condo for $95 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautiful apartment, completely remodeled, on 4th floor. No neighbors on this floor & it's the top floor, so it is fresh & private. 1 assigned parking included in front of the building door. You will get access to the whole apartment, including the laundry. Yes! you can use the washer, just bring your laundry detergent. Drying rack provided, no dryer on premises. Take the advantage of the countryside & be close to the city. Near hospitals, universities, shopping centers, supermarket, restaurants, Sheraton Four point & Botanical Garden in Caguas. Just 30 min away from San Juan & Humacao. Mini Split A/C unit at all bedrooms. Cross ventilation, corner apartment and balcony. Fully remodeled apartment on 2019 and our building was painted on 2021. Minut noise detector on property - you can receive text message from the app if the noise is above 72 db Wifi: 400 mb Disclosure: Since Hurricane Maria hit PR on 2017 the apartment complex are fighting with the insurance and vacancies. Finally our building is being paint. This issue do not affect the habitability, safety, interior or apartment. Late checkout or early check-in = this is an apartment complex and you can hear the eco on the stairs. We had some complaints about noises. We want our community happy, for this reason if you want to do a late check-in (after 8pm) you will need to leave your luggage in the car until the next morning. If you need a early checkout (before 7am) please leave your luggage on your car the day before. THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS: if you are booking for a 3rd party, co-workers or family members: PLEASE share this listing before you book. No refund will issue for not reading the description. This apartment is on 4th floor, only 1 parking assigned, A/C only in master bedroom and no dryer on premises.

The outside of the property is in desperate need of some TLC but the apartment is Very Cozy! Home away from Home. It had everything you could think of. The WiFi was good, Kitchen well stocked, bathroom was clean, shower was nice, A/C was good. This is a perfect example of don't judge a book by it's cover. I would totally recommend this apart. Oh and the location was great for everything we wanted and needed to do. I love Walmart, it was 15 minute drive, bakery and pharmacy near by. Definitely would stay in this apartment again

Quiet area, well equiped apartment

Quiet area, well equiped apartment

Entry to apartment is easy, parking is convenient and in front of bldg. A downside for some is that the unit is on the 4th floor and no elevator, I didn't mind though. The unit itself was very clean and updated. I stayed there because it was very close to family I have in Caguas. Definately would rent again.

We stayed here for a night, after making our way around the island for a family vacation. It was a little bit further from the airport than we expected (about a 36min drive) but the drive was easy. The home is, like described, on the fourth floor of an apartment complex. The check in information was vague as to which unit we were staying at or which spot to park in, but there’s only two units per floor, so we figured it out. The owner expected a lot of guests in terms of cleaning up after the stay (and requiring garbage to be taken to the dumpsters, despite not informing us of where the dumpsters were). It was challenging with an early morning departure and being a family with 4 kids, but we did our best. The home had laundry (including soap!!), which was nice, and a full range of kitchen appliances and utensils, which isn’t a given from experience at our 3 previous rental homes on PR. The kitchen also had some basic spices as such and we left our excess since it was our last night on the island. It was a bit taxing to haul all of our luggage up the stairs, but due to the accuracy of the description, we knew to expect this. The only A/C unit was in one of the bedrooms, which left the other two hot, but we only stayed one night, so it was doable. Overall, it was a good home and it’s close by to activities in the rainforest, but beyond that, we didn’t have time to check out the area. Thanks for having us.

The directions were perfect if used GoogleMaps (don’t use Apple Maps), 35 min to SJU w no traffic. The neighborhood looks nice and upscale, but then the apartment complex has some seriously dilapidated or vacant buildings-“humble” is a bit of an understatement. It was concerning since I was traveling alone with my 3 teenage girls and we left before sunrise for an early flight. This 6-unit building was secure with locked entry door, fully occupied and clean, the apartment was very modern and spacious. Once inside, it’s newly renovated, clean and full of many conveniences (WiFi, laundry, Netflix, porch). Host communicated quickly. Comfortable 1-night stay.
