Ooh the view from my window was spectacular especially of Mt Kilimanjaro, when the cloud cleared!
The hotel is very nice with a lift in a fabulous location of Arusha, surrounded by shops, the market, restaurants and the bus station. The dining room is open all day from breakfast to dinner and all the meals were fabulous. The staff were always very welcoming and friendly.
The nearby mosque’s call to prayer waking me in the middle of the night.

Location. Nice pool on the roof with a great view.
Salt water is supplied for showers. The city had a water shortage problem.

the property was easy to access from airport and after the safari. The lady that received us and got our suitcases was really helpful and smiley all the time
we were disappointed because we left our big suitcases there before our safari as we were coming back to stay there another night after the safari. we put a zip tie on the suitcases zips but one was only put on the main zip. when that suitcase was collected the top zip was slightly open. My dad check but it seemed that everything was there, until we arrived to our hotel in Zanzibar and he was looking for his sandals which he left on top of the suitcase facing upside down have disappeared and slowly realised that some of his new t-shirts that he bought specially for the beach have also disappeared. he would have to ably given them to them if the ask however is sad that the helper them self.
