The beach and the pool are at your disposal at any time of the day and they are so close, which is why we go to that hotel for a couple of years now. Very clean apartment and the towels and linens are changed regularly. Two bathrooms for a two bedroom apartment is a must, so require that when checking in.
The main issue with the hotel is that they manage rooms which are owned by other people, so the furniture is different every time, and when you go to a cheaply furnitured apartment, like we did, the chances of having uncomfortable mattresses are very high. I have slept on worse mattresses in other hotels, but the ones we had do not correspond to a 250-300 thousand euro apartment. Still, this time we had a normal sized fridge and knife in the kitchen, so we've seen worse from this place.

The location and view was excellent, the accommodation was far above any other hotel I've stayed in during seven years of residing in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 The rooms are vast in size and with the added bonus of having a kitchen 😀 The restaurant had an excellent choice of food and not overly priced. The staff were all friendly and happy to help with any questions etc. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular too. We'll be visiting again in the future as its a great base for travelling around the area and the beach is fine sand and and clear water. All in all an excellent experience for the whole family.
The only small thing was the bed was a little on the firm side for us but my niece and husband found it to their liking so maybe just us.

The location is great, the views are amazing, and the rooms are spacious, and that's where the pluses end.
The price is too high for what's ordered. The apartment I was staying at had dirty floors, literally a bunch of dust under one of the nightstand tables, we are not talking just a layer of dust, we are talking about a gray ball of dust. The bathroom tiles were growing mold on the grout where the shower was (aside from this the bathroom and toilet were clean). When the hotel opened years ago it had breakfast and the restaurant was working, the spa was open, none of these things were open now. The "green gardens" are not taken care of. The mosquito net on one of the doors for the balcony was ripped. Overall I don't think the price matches the faculty, which is a shame, because it was a really nice place when it opened.
