Thank you for letting us stay in the communal kitchen area and prepare our lunch after our long walk while you readied the room for check-in. Had a lovely stay with you and appreciated the history of the house as a shoe makers factory and the interesting quaint town. The local shop is the best for pilgrims as everything is in small sensible quantities.
Host needs to make clear the restaurant and shop times more clearly especially that there is no supper service. We were ok because we made our own supper in the lovely kitchen of the property but another pilgrim missed the shop closing time and had no food to make their own supper. Fortunately, we were all able to share a little bit with them so they were fine. I suppose this was in the end a good communal experience.
