Room was luxurious and perfect overlooking the river with a balcony. Staff (1 minor exception) were perfect and very helpful.

Our room had a lovely room of the Pont Valentré.
Broken air conditioning, multiple unwanted phone calls on the room phone, fire alarm at 5 AM. The staff eventually moved us to another room with adequate AC—they were quite kind and helpful—but we had a rough night of bad luck.
