Situated in Mexico Beach, this charming condo for $382 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This condo is located in 'THE CLUB at Mexico Beach', one of the most desired condo communities in Mexico Beach! It is a 3BR/2BA ocean “front” view unit (not a side unit) with 1552 square feet plus balcony and was completely remodeled after Hurricane Michael in 2018. Living areas of this unit have beautiful luxury vinyl flooring, granite countertops and 9 foot ceilings. Master Bedroom has a King Size bed & large flat screen TV. The master bath has a separate shower and large garden tub. There is a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom w/an adjoining bathroom. The 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin beds. Additionally, there is a sectional sofa plus a queen air mattress. There is cable TV (tvs are in Living Room, Mstr Bedroom & Queen Bedroom), Free WiFi, and covered parking. The kitchen is fully stocked w/dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker (pot of coffee), and much more. Allow only 90 seconds to walk from the living room of the condo to the white sandy beaches! The condo front door overlooks center of pool. There are restaurants/food trucks within walking distance including Killer Seafood which is less than a 5-minute walk down the sidewalk when you need a sun or sand break. Also, book a deep sea fishing trip for some of the best fishing in the gulf! You will love this quiet beach town for your family!

This place is amazing. Very spacious, comfortable and just steps from the beach. Roxanne was very nice and helpful. It is just walking (biking) distance from everything in Mexico Beach. We rented the trike bikes and I didn't have to get in my car at all. Will be back hopefully very soon.

Great location! Pool was perfect, easy beach access, & lots of restaurants near by to enjoy. I do wish check out would’ve been a little later then 9:30 but overall would definitely visit again!

One grandmother, three grandchildren ages 2-16, one set of parents for some sun and sand time together. This condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed looking at the ocean while we ate on the balcony. There was plenty of comfy seating for all of us at night. The dining table gave us a place to play games and work puzzles. The pool was plenty big for all the guests who wanted to swim. The location was ideal and the kitchen was well equipped.

The host was very responsive and allowed us to both check in a little early and check out late due to schedules/flights. Location was right across from a beautiful beach! Even on a busy holiday weekend, we were able to get a spot on the beach. Only thing that would have made our stay better was beach and baby items.

Nice place with plenty of room for 5. Description is very accurate. Very easy process to do. Owner very accommodating and responsive as we showed up early cause we forgot time zone change. The place was exactly what I was looking for a family vacation. Was a quite not busy place to walk the beach and do your own thing. Beds very comfortable and everything you need is there. Bring food, detergent, trash bags, and extra toilet paper is all you need. Only regrets was packing too much cause you can just wash what you have instead of planning for every scenario. This was a first time for us to stay at someone else place and was top notch experience for first timers.

My family and I had a terrific time at this location. Beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunrise and sunset views from the patio! Host was very quick to respond with our one and only outreach to her. Condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Just steps away from having toes in the sand. The check in and out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Definitely will rent again!

Overall Excellent! We were very pleased with the view and the condo. The owner Roxanne was excellent in communication. Check in and check out were easy as no third party. The door has a combination lock (which we found a little tricky, but usually got the door to open on the second try). Remember check in and check out are Eastern time and the code on the door seemed to reset about 15 minutes after check out time. No umbrellas or beach chairs were included, and as another reviewer mentioned, would be very helpful.

This property is clean and quiet, beautiful view, very quiet beach with no crowds, no big chains, love the small town vibe, had a very relaxing week. Only downside was the balcony was small but if that's the only thing I can think of I would change I'd say it was perfect! Beds are comfortable as well. Couch, other furniture, decorations, etc were beautiful. We will return. Thank you.

Let’s go to the beach!
Our group loved this condo! We loved the decor, the view and the location! The food truck “Killer Seafood” was 2 doors down. It was so good we made 2 trips there. Our one rainy day was spent going into Panama City, going to see the movie “Where the Crawdads Sing” and eating at Boondocks. The beach was just across the street and the pool right out our back door. We made so many memories and laughed for 5 days straight. Highly recommend!!!!

Such a beautiful property. Very relaxing and beautifully decorated. The layout worked perfectly for our family. I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony and the view was even better than the description. I was worried about the noise factor with the pool right outside the door but it ended up not being an issue at all. The layout added to the privacy as well as the reduction of any outside noise. We loved our stay and hope to return for a future vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The location is great with the beach being across the street. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We did contact the owner for an issue and but it was immediately addressed and taken care of. Overall, we would definitely book this rental again!

This condo was perfect! It was actually way roomier than expected! The beds were fantastic! The couch is enormous and perfect for our whole family to cuddle up on. The location was perfect, nice easy walk across the road to the beach. Easy parking. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. All around perfection!

Simply Perfect
We came here for a low-key Spring Break - pure relaxation. Mexico Beach was the perfect spot for the teens to hit the beach (so so clean and not crazy packed) and for me to get in a few hours of work each morning (great wifi).
The condo was ready for us when we walked in and was as beautiful as pictured. We had plenty of room to spread out! The best part of this location was the view - we woke up each morning to a stunning view of the beach. Dolphins playing and jet training maneuvers were highlights (near Tyler AFB) while having breakfast on the balcony!
My only tip for travelers is to bring beach games and chairs/umbrella/shade - we didn't find a rental place available.
We'd love to visit Mexico Beach again!

Gorgeous Condo!!!
Beautiful unit, close to beach, great local food and grocery store is very short drive. Manager/Owner was easy to contact, very helpful and pleasant! I would definitely recommend :)

First let me start by saying I am not a person who complains but we made the best of a bad situation.
The unit itself was spacious and equipped very nicely. Upon entering the unit, you could tell it wasn't cleaned properly. The floors and baseboards were very dirty. Called the owner because there were also no bath/ kitchen towels . I also told her the place was not clean. She apologized, and had the person in charge call me. We set up a time for her to come the next day. She was late! She came and asked what needed done. I showed her and when she left, the master bath was the same as when she arrived. Said she didn't bring a mop with her to clean! REALLY!! There was an issue with water seeping up through the floor in the master bedroom the whole time we were there. Owner below, knocked on door and asked if they could shut off the water because they had a plumber there working. I was in the process of getting dinner and others where showering. I'm sad to say, I had to tell her no.
Advertised, as having a hot tub and it was also out of order! Very, very disappointed in our "vacation" in this unit. So much time was dealt with issues and not having the time to relax and enjoy. Owner was very nice and I'm sure she is unaware of how her property is being maintained. I would be leery of renting in this facility again. I will say, when I left the unit, it was much cleaned than when we arrived.

Enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the pool. Well provisioned apartment with all kitchen implements that we needed. Would stay here again since Mexico Beach is the best beach for families.

This place was absolutely great. Everything was better than advertised. Owners are awesome, location is wonderful, a getaway spot for sure. I almost wanted to give it a bad review so no one else would find this gem, but I don’t have a bad thing to say.
