Clean ,neat and quiet surroundings.
Great thing was parking was available ,Host was welcoming and text you useful information about great eating spots etc
Room was small and shower was a bit of a squeeze.

Convenient location to Galway Clinic and Bon Secours hosputals. Bus stop very close.
Would have like tea making facilities in room as there is no breakfast available.

Stephen was very helpful when we arrived. He met us at the door and took us to our room. He told us about recommended places to eat and drink and local buses in and out of the city centre. It was very handy being close to the bus stop that takes you into town and drops you off at Eyre Square. The guest house had all the facilities you could ever need for a short stay.
The only thing we could pick fault with, was the pillows. They weren't very soft and the thinner ones were too flat. Also, the people in the room above us, were very noisy. In the early hours and first thing in the morning, it sounded like a herd of elephants, but that's no fault to the guest house, that's just people being inconsiderate.

Host informed us that breakfast was not included even though we had paid for 2 breakfasts and was one of the reasons we booked accommodation at this place, sent a message that we would be pointed to places where we could buy breakfasts, not even an offer of a partial refund, having family in Connemara and relatives in Galway I was a little more disappointed. the house is modern clean and comfortable but not worth what we paid without the breakfasts, not good business practice, I myself am an Airbnb host and would never do this, if I had to I would definitely offer a partial refund.
