Klare Empfehlung wenn man nicht geräuschempfindlich ist.

Unsere Wohnung war super geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage in der Calle Juan de Padilla war spitze, allerdings nachts auch ziemlich laut.

In den umliegenden Straßen befinden sich etliche Clubs und es war bis in die frühen Morgenstunden recht laut. Wenn man die Schiebetüre zum Schlafzimmer geschlossen hatte, ging es allerdings.

Céntrico y funcional

La ubicación en pleno centro lleno de restaurantes ,bares ,tiendas el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodo aunque algo oscuro para mi gusto porque es un interior si se enciende las luces ya se soluciona muy tranquilo para dormir

En las noches había un sonido que no se si es de algún aire acondicionado pero no se si será siempre fue en mi estancia no tiene ascensor pero al estar en primera planta no es terrible

We would come back at any time!

We had a great stay in the flat and in Málaga! The flat was super equipped, the staff very friendly and easy to reach. Communication was also possible in English. The flat was cleaned after one week. The air conditioning worked well. The location is great and yet the flat is very quiet. You can get to the centre quickly and there even is a supermarket right outside the door. We would come back at any time!

Have to collect the key from 1 mile away from their office while I was carrying luggage. The location is not in the centre which is misleading from advertised. The above flat had noisy drilling sound from 8am to 6pm week day and 10.15pm on Saturday, asking 200 euros deposit before I get key and no list of existing damage. lack of basics in the kitchen as provided by another company in our previous flat near the port, no washing cloth, no washing gel, no cooking oil, no salt, no sugar, no tea or coffee...warning notes every where., one for 60 euros fine if towel is taken to the beach. our previous flat provided a beach towel.

Such a good location

Everything was great expect for the hall door key was always getting stuck and very hard to open the front door into the building and the street the apartment was on was very dirty with rubbish thrown around and the street is dark coming home at night as it has no lights

the staff are super nice, I even got a gift from them for my birthday, the place is well organized, and the location is

the location is perfect, everything is downstairs, but it’s quiet in the evening.

it looks someone always smoking in the garden every morning, we can feel the smoke in the room although the windows are closed.

location was really good but apartment could do with an upgrade/repairs

lift didn’t work had to carry luggage up 2 flights of marble stairs, door handle was broken had to fix it ourselves, shower didn’t drain well caused a puddle in bathroom, no lights in stairs to room, hot water ran out after one shower

Exceptional

Location was perfect. So good to have a washing machine too. The bathroom was a good size. It was very clean.

I would have appreciated some basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, clothes washing powder & dishwasher tabs. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had nice soap and shampoo. We also ran out of toilet paper and there were no tissues. These aren't expectations but as tired traveller the little things can make a stay more pleasant.

the location is very central and at night quiet. the staff was friendly.

the check-in and the receiving of the keys is at a very busy location, by car a headache, bc no parking communicated. But the worst was, that the apt had no daylight and we felt locked in. The bed linen was synthetic. if you don‘t mind that, it is a great location.

Awful experience!!

The location was decent. That is the only positive thing to say.

The stay overall was extremely disappointing. The pictures were nothing like what the apartment (if you could call it that) offered online. The letting agents didn’t even bother to meet us you have to travel across the city to their office and then to the apartment which I thought was very unprofessional. Overall the apartment was basically a hallway, one bedroom which was small and a bathroom. There was no natural light. The letting agents offered no remedy when I voiced my complaints, only excuses. I would urge anyone to strongly reconsider before staying here as you.

We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. The property was light and airy with good air conditioning. Kitchen was well equipped. Good powerful shower and bathroom equipped with nice toiletries. Double glazing provided quiet environment. Efficient, helpful people in the office where we had to collect the keys, but it was a long way from the property.

Sofa only realistically seating two, not comfortable for four people and no other comfortable seating supplied. Nowhere to put clothes away ie chest of drawers or shelf in bedrooms, although hanging space was provided. Not too keen on location late at night.

Excellent location, clean and comfy

We liked the central location. Getting the keys was easy as we had an excellent taxi driver who then waited and took us straight to the apartment.

Having to keep changing the batteries from remote to remote as there was none in the TV!!

Pleasant

even though we booked as one with a party of 9. our accommodations were 15mins apart from each other. I tried to get it changed when checking in however that would mean giving up the access to the pool. in hindsight I should have just done this as the pool was barely a pool. it is merely for dipping your toes in. good location otherwise

the room in Calle carreteria needs more update. the TV was tiny. you’d only get one bathroom for 5 people. the pool was lacking
