We liked the house very much. The living room was spacious and the screened in porch was fabulous. The house was not too far from downtown and other attractions. Some things that can use improvement include: the beds were extremely hard, the cushions on the outside furniture were ineffective, and there were no staples in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc.

The house was pleasant and very conveniently located. The neighborhood is very quiet and the side and backyard are particularly nice. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and what was unusual about this property was that bedding and towels were not provided and there were no condiments left in the kitchen.

About 10 minute drive to Cape May, quiet residential neighborhood. Roomy house with ample closet space, but does need some TLC, particularly the bathrooms and carpets in bedrooms. The communications with the host was very good, he was very responsive. Family of four had enough space for everyone. Didnt use the outdoor space. Bring linens and bathroom mats as the floors in the bathroom are very slippery. Kitchen had all the things needed, utensils, plates cups, etc. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at Keith’s place in Lower Township. The house was spacious and much more than what we needed. It was conveniently located between West Cape May and Wildwood which was perfect for us. Our dogs love the area because they had actual sidewalks to walk on. Keith was very flexible with our checkout time as well and super responsive.

This house was the perfect spot for our Cape May stay. We attended a dance competition in Cape May Courthouse for the week. This location was great! 20 minutes to Wildwoods, Cape May beaches (even closer) and just enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so delighted when we opened the door. The house was spotless, the kitchen was loaded with cookware and utensils. Most importantly, the home was welcoming to our dogs. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch (perfect for morning tea) and the nature preserve in the back for the dogs. Our stay was warm and cozy, just what two city-weary girls needed. Our experience was a good one. I found the property and rented it easily. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had plenty of room for 4 humans and our 2 furry children. It was just a short drive to all the things we had in our list to do. Kim

I would advise renters to bring all their paper supplies such as tissues, t.p, kitchen trash bags. and paper towels, along with soap for shower & handwashing and dishwashing liquid. Also needed is a bath rug for exiting the showers which we considered a safety hazard. Otherwise we loved the quiet neighborhood and screened in porch in the back.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and forested backyard! Close to Higbee Beach hiking and birding, but easy short drive to Cape May Point and Washington Mall. Beds were comfortable, AC helped during heat wave, and we even enjoyed a game of Scrabble from the game cabinet!

Sunset beach was about a 10 minute drive and so was Washington Square Mall. We easily were able to get an Uber when we did not feel like driving/looking for parking. Also very close to some of the wineries! We all said as we were leaving we would definitely come back to this property! Highly recommend :)

From the reservation s through checkout. The process was simply easy. The property has everything needed to make family dinners. The beds were comfortable. Rooms nicely furnished. The location perfect. Close to the Bay shore in Town Bank With calm water, and to Cape May shopping & shore, parasailing and more. May bereserving for next year. All this needs is a pool🙂

It's a home away from home. Literally. Except Cape May is much more rewarding in summer than Illinois. The neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard and deck are facing wooded area, so it's really very nice to be there for an evening drink. The house has all need for a family of two adults and several kids. Two TVs work great. We especially loved the king bed in the master bedroom; it was of great quality, which happens rarely in rental properties. The check-in and check-out was easy. The communication with Keith (owner) were very detailed and straightforward. The drive to the beaches is very short, parking is plenty, and 5 beach passes get you to public beaches. All in all, if you go to Cape May, stay at 2 Ibis Place.

Really enjoyed our stay in Lower Township. Access to all parts of Cape May was exceptional. Very close to the beaches, wineries, and the Ferry.

- Located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, an easy ten minute drive to wonderful Cape May beach (not walking distance however you could cycle). Beach tags included, no need for the daily fee. - Nearest supermarket is ACME around 5 minutes drive; Walgreens a mile away (walkable). - Spacious with an open layout, can easily fit 6-7 guests. - Comfortable sofas and chairs in living room; we connected our Apple TV and Xbox to the smart TVs (bring your own HDMI cable as the provided DVD players use component cable). Plenty of outlets and extension strips. - Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, cookware, bakeware. We cooked everyday and ate breakfast and dinner outside on the screened portion of the deck - a big advantage of this property. - A small section of woods behind the house gives a secluded feeling; it was lovely hearing birds chirp especially in the morning while having our coffee. Note that eating at the large picnic table on rear part of the deck may not be comfortable in summer due to bugs and mosquitoes - the screen very effectively keeps them out. We found candles in the utility room for atmospheric dinners. - Bedrooms are spacious with ample closets; every bed is remarkably comfortable (more so than a typical hotel). Due to covid-19, mattresses have plastic covers and guests bring their own linens and pillows, also suggest bringing floor mats for the (good size) bathrooms. - Central air con was quiet and effective: this is of course a luxury coming from NYC. - Super fast reliable WiFi - 135Mbps download! - Washer and dryer are big and worked well. - Half a dozen board games including Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Uno, and poker chips. - Owner was very responsive and addressed any concerns immediately. We will be coming back, thank you!!
