The host, Maya is exceptionally hospitable, which completely covers any disadvantages, which are minor or none. Don't forget to ask Maya about breakfast the night before.

A pleasant quite place to have some peaceful time in a beautiful spot.

The host, Maya, was very helpful and generous. She provided us with extra dishes, wood and tools for barbecue, access to washing mashine; bought some products for us when we ran out of them and generally was always friendly and ready to help. The houses are located in the village, but there's only a 10 minute walk towards beautiful views at the surrounding snowy mountains and Dashbash canyon. It's also pleasant to just rest in the garden: there's a small fish pond, a fireplace, BBQ amenities, swing, chairs and tables. We were travelling as a company of 2 families and occupied a big house consisting of two very similar parts. Each compartment is a rectangle with a cupboard, beds (double and single or 3 singles), a couch, a kitchen table with chairs, small kitchen and separated bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Initially it was quite cold, but over the first night the heater raised the temperature, and it was comfortable for the rest of the time. The double bed mattress is very good! The bedding is also nice, and quite warm. Boiler worked well, we did't have any issues with hot water during a week-long stay.

The kitchenette is quite small and not very suitable for large scale cooking: there's little work space, electric kettle works very slowly, the microwave doesn't work at all (rotated, but didn't heat). In one of the compartments there's one very slow electrical burner (a second burner is for gas, which was not connected); in the second compartment (one with a double bed) there is an induction cooker with two spots, which worked fine, but wasn't compatible with the available frying pan. It wasn't a big problem for us because we were able to coordinate between compartments and brought some pans just in case, but if you mean to cook, I'd suggest booking a compartment with an induction cooker and bringing a set of suitable pans to cook, boil water and reheat the food.

Nice people. Nice room with full kitchen.

Very difficult to reach - bad road. No heat in the room we came on a rainy day and it was cold. Not enough hot water in the shower for 2 people.

Very good

Nice apartment with big garden and a place to sit outside, very close to the Diamond bridge. Host was super cute, she took us on a small sightseeing tour.

You need to have a car to get to and from the place, the roads to the place are very bumpy. The host has limited English vocabulary.

Great stay in lovely village it's a live experience to never forget. Enjoyd our stay there a lot

Nearby village tsalka has everything you need to get something for breakfast. also there are two restaurants local food and not expensive. traveling from dashbash to tsalka for dinner was fun to do.

Very good

Very nice and quiet with pleasant summer temperature during the day, fresh air at night. Great for a green weekend outside Tbilisi. Very comfortable beds and kitchenette with fridge, microwave and washing machine, private bathroom. Walking distance from Dashbashi canyon. Very friendly and helpful host.

Lovely place in the Georgian countryside with the best host ever!

Grate

Maria - dosen't speak inglish Here son alex dose. Maria makes up for it in here warm hospitslity And grate breakfast and alexs for the rest of a very lnjoible stay.

The last 2 kilometer to actually get to the place are a little confuseing - driveng thrugh a vilage on mud road. Peaple helped us to get there - but when you do and go inside the grassy ysrd it's a diffreant story. Two buldings one for a cuple snd the other fo a familly sre new and grate.

The cottage was wonderful! It was so cozy and clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and a super comfortable bed. Maia was so kind and welcoming. She made sure to give us an extra big heater to keep warm as it was quite cold when we visited. We loved the cottage and would recommend Maia’s guesthouse to everyone!

Nice and cozy place to spend time on the country side

Very nice and cozy, extremely friendly owner, happy to help with anything. The breakfast was very tasty and filling, and the apples from the local garden is a very nice touch. The interior is well designed with furnitures of good quality. The location is a walking distance from the canyon. There is parking inside right by the cottage. We had a lot of fun staying there. Very good value for money.

A little hard to get to if it's raining, the road gets very muddy, better to have a 4×4 if the weather is rough

Very friendly hosts

The property is in a small village, very close to the canyon and other beautiful walks. The family that own the accommodation are very friendly and helpful. Alex spoke very good English. The room is comfortable and has everything you’d need. We enjoyed sitting in the garden.
