The staff member Amal was wonderful.
I paid for 2 beds as specifically described in the details of the reservation.
They checked us into a room with one bed.
Moved to correct room with two beds only on last night of (4)four nights stayed. Not reimbursed even one KES. Did not make up for the inconvenience at all. They could have given us a free breakfast or something but did nothing. They just said, “next time we will do better”. There will not be a “next time”.

Great service and efficient yet friendly staff in the restaurant.
The corridors are very echoey, so you can hear everyone who might be talking in the corridors.

Near SGR station and not far from the airport. It has a restaurant with Western options.
The bathroom is small, with broken tiles, and difficult to maneuver because the door barred the toilet access. Illumination in the room is minimal, dark stance. Expensive restaurant.
