Nice place to enjoy Cyprus mountains

We stayed here in October 2021 for 2 nights and enjoyed this place a lot. Location is great and comfortable to explore Trodos area & wineries from here. Very well equipped villa, all required stuff in the kitchen if you plan to cook there - we liked this a lot (as from our experience it is not common for villas in Cyprus) and we had to cook in the evening as in the end of October many restaurants were closed in the evening, probably it is already a low season in mountains area. Balcony with a nice view, garden with grapes & figs where birds sing in the morning. Good WiFi connection, heating equipment works well (warm in the house and hot water) and it was quite important in October.

Inconvenient (but understandable) requirement with security deposit, especially for booking like ours that was done on a short-notice before arrival. But thanks to the host - we found a compromise and all is good in the end. The beds are quite creaky, since we were with a small child - we had to sleep without moving, so as not to wake up a baby with a creak. It's good that there is a washing machine, but it jumps like crazy at the spin.

Great options for singles and families

Great location, not touristy as neighbouring villages. The village offers interesting activities (pottery and wood workshops, check DioDio Handmade and Trodos Art club for art classes), many hikes around and a waterfall, decent tavernas. The house is spacious, has big garden with sitting facilities and a huge balcony with a view on the mountains. Rooms are equipped with everything required.

The bedroom, sheets, bathroom was very clean, no questions to this. Common areas sometimes felt a bit dusty (like shelfs, sofa pillows) but you can also find some charm in it by imagining the life of house's owners before. :)

Super nice host

The owner speaks english and german very well! He is very polite, helpful and if you want, you can talk with him - as we say in Germany - über Gott und die Welt. :)
