The location and surrounding nature are the main highlights. The views are excellent and the area is very quiet, making it ideal for groups looking to disconnect. The property is large and works very well for bigger gatherings.
For the price, it offers amenities you don’t often find in similar listings like campfire area, jacuzzi, sauna, and generous communal spaces. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen is very well equipped in terms of capacity for group cooking.
The hosts were responsive and helpful whenever we contacted them.
It’s worth noting that the building is older and some areas are a bit rough around the edges. However, this didn’t really affect the experience. It feels less like a polished luxury villa and more like a large, functional space that you can make your own, which actually suits the setting.
Some of the stove tops were not functioning, which made cooking slightly inconvenient. The kitchen, although well stocked, felt cluttered with many old or worn utensils that could be cleared out or replaced. We also found personal items from previous guests in some wardrobes.

Великолепное место для проведения выездного мероприятия или праздника для друзей!
Все необходимые удобства, много места внутри и снаружи дома. Идеальная тишина (!!!) вокруг, виды с балкона на 10/10. Отличный наблюдательный пункт для рассматривания звёзд.
Уютная и очень чистая сауна, постельное бельё в идеальном состоянии. В доме тепло.
Хозяева были на связи постоянно даже в Новый Год, помогали в решении мелких вопросов.
Сантехника и кухня немного уставшие, но когда приезжаешь с компанией друзей и наслаждаешься общением - это неважно.
Трудновато найти, однако хозяева заблаговременно предупредили и дали нужные указания в дороге.

The facility is spaciouse and good for big companies, there is sauna and central heating
the house is cold and has very old furniture inside, the kitchen doesn't have usefull items like microwave, or dishwasher. It would be better to spend a little to improve the property.
