A great stay near a Limassol Blue Flag beach

Super location in central Limassol, nearby neighbours include ONE and TRILOGY, two of the swankiest buildings in the city. An easy walk (10 minutes) to two Blue Flag beaches (Akti Olympion & Miami) and the lovely Limassol beachside promenade. Also close to a big supermarket (Alpha Mega Linopetra) and another Blue Flag beach (Dasoudi, very nice). Very tastefully renovated studio with its own balcony and kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good TV (smart, with all main apps). Nicely equipped. Even has its own parking space (big plus, as the streets are chokka round here).

Teeny-weeny bathroom. The sofa is a sofabed and not very comfortable when used as a sofa. Security and getting the key code a bit of a rigmarole which should have been done beforehand, not after a long journey when we found we could not get in. The internet was on the fritz during our stay, which was a right pain in the proverbial as we had a lot of work to do!

Będę wspominamć miło pobyt w Limassol

mieszkanie czyste, super urządzone. Lokalizacja blisko morza - 5 minut spacerem, w pobliżu sklepy. Parking pod blokiem z przypisanym do lokalu miejscem.

jedyny mankament - przy temperaturze na zewnątrz ok. 20 stopni C, w mieszkaniu trzeba było siedzieć w swetrze, pod kocykiem. Zimno - przydałby się jakiś mały grzejnik.

Good apartment but very noisy due to building work around

Clean modern apartment, with all the equipment required for a stay Apartment management dealt with noisy renters and removed them after one night Apartment close to the beach

The management should make renters aware that there is building work in 3 adjacent apartment blocks. The building noise starts at 7.30am everyday and goes onto early evening.

Well-designed, private parking spot

Really nice designed cozy apartment (but kitchen looks like there was no renovation). It has private parking spot, which is almost a miracle in Limassol. :) Dining table is big and convenient. It is located pretty far from center, but there are cafes, kiosks, grocery store nearby and you can use a bus to get to the center. Quick access to the highway to go outside of the city. Easy to get keys, easy to find. Host was helpful, we had an issue with a bathroom door and host tried to help us as soon as possible.

Apartment looks bigger on pictures, living room is fine, but bathroom is tiny, it has folding door, you need to squeeze in. If you are a bigger person, that will be inconvenient. Kitchen is well-equiped, but so small that you don't have a place to cut your food. No elevator, third floor. We didn't have much luggage, so that wasn't a big problem. As for me evening lighting is a bit dull. Bed is pretty narrow, so also good for smaller people. There are several construction sites around. We have stayed with a kid, but I would recommend this apartment for two people for a short stay.

No elevator, noisy, too tiny

Good location, clean

Very small, too little space in the bathroom, door to which can’t be fully closed, so the other person hears everything (and the bed is just near the bathroom bcs there is no so much space) There is a construction in progress just next to the building, so a lot of noise comes from it. Even at night it was some beeping, which we’ve heard even with the closed windows. Also there is no elevator (I’ve god this info in the check-in guidance letter after I was charged for it). If you have some heavy luggage, I suggest you to find another place to rent

Praktikus apartman közel a tengerhez

Nagyon jó helyen található az apartman, közel a tengerhez. Ízléses és dizájnos volt a berendezés. Nagyon könnyű és egyszerű volt a kulcsok átvétele. Saját parkoló tartozott az apartmanhoz.

A fürdőszoba nagyon pici. Nem az apartman hibája mert az egész városban folyamatosan építkezések zajlanak - aludni nem nagyon lehetett mert reggel héttől ment a bontás.

It was the worst experience in my life. I was traveling with 3kids. Apartment wasnt clean and smells bad. I tried to connect with the host and change it with other but instant of helping they tried make us leave the appointment and give it to someone else. I can’t understand how they have such a good review.

Only the sofa was new and good.

Fairly good

The location is very good and close to the sea and amenities. The room was generally clean.

It really needs to change the bed, we did not manage to sleep with this matress. Both had back pain in the morning. A bit noisy from neighbouring apartments.

Real enjoy and relaxation.

Excellent apartment at excellent location. Great and quiet surroundings. Private parking reserved for guests. Very, very friendly host

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was so good. Looking forward to come again. Owner is doing a great job.

City apartment for tourists

We were a family of five with three teens, so it was a bit small for us, though I can see it being excellent with smaller children. It was very clean and I think perfect if you want to tour all day and be able to come back to a clean apartment, make your own meal. Probably super for a couple who want privacy. The decor was modern.

The bathroom was like an older apartment bathroom. Totally fine but not big and white like fancy hotel bathrooms. For me with teens, no towel service was an unlike for me.

Exceptional

A very nice and comfortable appartment: 2 bedrooms, one large living including a sofa, a large TV and a dining space. Verry clean everything. The owner is verry discret: we arrived at 00.30 in the night and we've just picked up the key from the box. The appartment is fully equiped with everything you'd need.

I think the distance to the see is about 400 m or more. One AC remote control has no bateries, and in the night time we need heat.. A strange thing happened when we booked: on Booking application I chosed the "price" criteria to search an appartment. This is how I found this. However, on booking the price was 265 euro (it was 354 euro cuted, and written 265 as it was a discount). However, when we booked, they charged 354 euro. I discussed with the owner and he said that he never had that small price, so I suspect is Booking application fault for this. Overall, I don't regret choosing this appartment.

Excellent accommodation!!

Good location, great overall ambiance, fully furnished and all complete amenities!!

The bedding was ok but the pillows were uncomfortable.
