The flat is not 4 star, I would give it less than 2 stars. For this reason it was terribly overprice

The location was close to the sea and local cafes and restaurants. The flat was spacious.

The building was opposite a car park where local youths raced all night in motorbikes, making it impossible to sleep. Reception was impossible to find. The entrance was grotty and unkept. Only one lift worked. The lift does not take the weight it stipulates causing us be locked in for 10 minutes on our first night. The beds were the worst I’ve seen. You could feel the mattresses’ wiring. The sheets and towels looked dirty and we had to request a change as nobody checked if we needed anything. I would not recommend this flat to anyone.

Good location with a couple of improvements needed.

Right next to the beach with lovely clear water, close to shops and cafes, spacious, good facilities, owner was flexible with our late arrival time.

Cleanliness - overall it was clean but some parts had been ignored (dirty mirror, rubbish left in drawers, lots of dust behind toilet door). Mattresses were hard and the springs dug in to us - we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge. It’s on a main road so noisy in the morning Monday-Friday and some loud cars racing past at night on weekends too.

I could come back for a budget short stay.

The view, the location, free designated parking.

It could have been cleaner, it only had one shower, the elevator/stairs were very old. In general it was a very old fashioned place.

Very good

The host was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately we arrived late, but he came for us and was patient while we were tired and exhausted. The apartment is spacious, large and has great views. There are many shops nearby.

The accommodation was not cleaned precisely, the doors were very creaking, the equipment was a bit lacking. I expected it to be a little more demanding.

An exceptional host and apartament!

EVERHRHING! We especially liked host kindness to us as group of tourists that came to limassol to have some fun. I highly advice everyone to experience such a wonderful stay because there are honestly Evangelos is an exceptional host. Loved his apartament that looked not very nice outside of the building but inside its stunning!

Exceptional

The location is excellent. Near the beach and within walking distance to the city centre. The whole area is full of shops cafeterias and places to eat. We were staying with a family with three children, we really enjoy it. Vangelis is a great host, he meets us at the apparent and gives every important information and tip for our stay.

Great apartment

Perfect location, spacious apartment- 3 separate bedrooms, nice terrace with great view. 24 hours market in the block and coffee shop and restaurants around.

Really noisy street :)
