Free parking, amazing food in the restaurant. Nice breakfast. Very comfortable bed and specious room with great decor. Location close to the motorway.

This was the second time we stayed here as we were on our return home from holiday. It was just as good as the first time. We had a room in the old part of the hotel on the second floor (Africa). It was clean and very comfortable and overlooked the beer garden. It was a warm night but there was a fan for our use. We also opened the window and as we were near the road we could hear the traffic but ultimately we were so tired after a long drive that the noise didn't bother us and we had a good nights sleep. We had dinner in the beer garden under the trees. It is a lovely setting. The food was excellent as was the service we received. There was a very helpful young man for whom nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast the next day was good and plentiful. It was excellent value for money, very convenient for travellers and we would definitely recommend it.

We chose this hotel because it was halfway to our holiday destination and was just a couple of miles off the A2 motorway. We had a lovely room (Vermeer) in the newer part of the hotel with a room at the back overlooking the fields. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had dinner in the restaurant with excellent service and the food was very good. The buffet breakfast was also good. We had also booked to stay the following week on our return home and were happy that we would be staying again.

Nice sized room and the cleanliness is paramount
Firstly, the elderly female who was on duty when I arrived was very abrupt in her attitude. She also advised me that the restaurant was closed due to a holiday period (there was no mention of this on their website). Consequently, I was forced to make further restaurant plans so I could eat that evening. After dinner, I returned to the hotel bar and ordered a couple of drinks which were provided by the same woman. When finished I elected to pay by credit card (the credit card insignia is well displayed throughout the bar/reception area) and was advised by the elderly woman that card payment was NOT accepted!...
