Excellent location, short drive from the ferry port. Interesting part of town with a mix of modern and ancient buildings. Great bakery close by that offers excellent bread and pastries (not croissants and pain au chocolat). Also, the magnificent 1000-year old Gothic Church of St. Jacques is just around the corner and, despite its sadly neglected state, is a must-see.
This isn't the owner's fault or something they can change as, being close to the docks and port, seagulls come with the territory. And they are relentlessly loud all night. I recommend that the person who's doing the driving takes the bedroom off the lounge, which is further away from the night squawks and squabbles so they can get a good night's sleep.
The washing-up sponge in the kitchen needs to be replaced.

Appartement bien situé.
Les draps et le linge de toilette avaient un odeur désagréable probablement suite à un stockage ou un séchage inapproprié.

Buona posizione; supermercato vicinissimo. Per chi è di passaggio è comodo.
Pulizia, troppa polvere. Per un allergico può essere un problema. Cucina poco accessoriata. Tendina del bagno sporca.
