Location, views and good communication
One room amazing, one room less amazing (smaller/less comfy beds)

The view at the place is amazing. Just amazing. From the terrace you have an unobstructed view of the lovely lago di Como. When the sun sets and you are on the terrace with a great glass of wine it’s perfection. The hosts are very friendly and our dog also loves the place. It’s very petfriendly.
For suburban dutchies with a dog that ehhh does not really walks nicely on a leash it was slightly intimidating to get acquainted up close and personal with the Italian traffic. But soon we got the hang of walking on the side of the road. People are careful with pedestrians. Also you can park your car a little while on the side of the road while you unload!

Everything! The contact, the decor, and especially the view.
The road outside. We didn’t dare walk so had to budget for taxis.

Amazing view!
Too hot to sit outside during the day. No covered area. No AC in second room. Says 2 bathrooms which is incorrect. Only one bathroom. No cupboard in second room. Access to the apartment from Como is challenging. Claims to have a flat screen TV but was only a small computer monitor - the host did bring a TV when requested. Everything is adequate but not worth the cost.
