Very good

The ambiance is very okay and it's very near gaisano and 7/11 and then at the market. I super love the place it's very peaceful and good for relaxation.

Passable

the owner is not friendly and not hospitable though they greet us somehow. Aircon is not in good condition. The lock of the main door are broken and can be open.

The staff has a sad face.

Affordable and nice staff

Only thing is some foreigner staying in the hotel that is very noisy during sleeping hours. They were very drunk

Very good

Balcony with the terrace, table with chairs to sit, beatiful view to the garden. The bed was good, clean room.

No pressure in the shower head at all and we had to shower with a cup from the sink, no hot water boiler working. Hard to communicate with the ownee, she is never there and speaks poor English. Wifi decent, managed to work remotely from there, Smart signal strong

Exclellent stay.

Very comfortable stay, clean rooms, good air conditioning, helpful staff who helped us book our whale shark diving tour. can’t recommend this hotel enough. great location.

Inexpensive accommodation but has all the necessities.

Did not expect anything special about the place as it is too cheap. Turns out that the place is super nice and got all we needed. The bathroom is complete with hot and cold shower, the bed is very comfortable, and the aircon is super cold. On top of this, we also got a tv to keep us entertained. All that for just €12 a night! Glad that we gave this lodging house a chance despite some not so good reviews. We can say that we got more than what we paid for!

Additional charge for breakfast, but hey, this is completely understandable given the price of stay ;-)

Overall a great staycation experience. If you're looking for a quiet environment and courteous staff

We didn't get the chance to try their breakfast since we were in a hurry, however we did notice they were affordable and the guests of the next room said they liked it. The area was quiet; a perfect environment to those who are looking for a peaceful sleep after a long tour. The community was gated and looked safe.

Pretty much nothing to dislike about. We didn't get to spend so much time since here since we were out for a tour the whole day, and we left as early as 4am the next day.

Family room experience

Price and whale shark provided

We rented a room with 2 double beds and 3 single beds, the room wen we got there the aircon in that room didn't work so they offer us one with aircon but only one double bed and two single and one single mattress on the floor, they charged us an extra 300peso per night for that just because the aircon works when i did the booking it didn't say it had aircon or not not even the other rooms, secondly we where missing one bed, so i asked her for another mattress as we are missing one bed and they charged us another 200 peso per night for tge mattress... then my pinoy family bought some rice from round the corner thinking they could boil it for us for for some money and they asked for 150 peso to cook enough rice for 5 adults 2 kids, thankfully the neighbours on the left side of this property cooked the same rice for only 20 peso not 150p so just watch out when staying here as they can be Egyptians with money

Very good

Lovely place to stay. The bed was super comfy and the TV was a nice touch. Good location as it's 10 mins away from the centre of town. Staff were super friendly and willing to help.

The aircon would leak water and the bathrooms could use a deep clean.

Bad

Had to ask for water to be turned on ..power out for 5 hours no backup generator..we had to sit outside because so hot..very noisy neighbours who talked through the night right next door to our windows.. we had to ask staff for them to be quiet..dogs continually bark through the whole night..we got no sleep...NO TOILET PAPER AND USED SOAP IN THE BATHROOM..it was below poor at this place..we had to go to another hotel for our last 2 night..we couldn't stay one more minute there.the worst hotel I have ever stayed in..DO NOT GO HERE

Superb

The place is nice and good. Our room is far from our expectation. The room temperature is also good. The staff are kind, accommodating and helpful. The price of our room is cheap. The ambiance is also good because of the quietness of the place.

The other bathroom has no light bulb, but it's okay.

A bit far from the good stuff- about 20km or so from whaleshark area, Tumalog falls, and Sumilon port. Although, if you want value for money accoms with family - this place fits the bill.

it was a peaceful place, the aircon and stuff were helpful and friendly

the location is not beachfront about 500m far, there is no shared kitchen but you can buy cooked meal

Very accommodating staff.

No water heater in the bathroom. Broken toilet bowl seat and cover. Many ants in the bathroom. They kept on knocking to wake us up to move our car.

Whole place was great, for this price it was the best room I had in my whole 1 month trip, very clean, air-conditioning worked great, owner was extremely helpful. Really recommend!
