Perfect location - close to everything. Exceptional staff - worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed even though I didn't speak Korean. Comfortable!

Room was a bit sterile - needed some personal touches.

Good location

The room was completely different from the pictures. The floor and beds were clean enough but the small details like around the charging station were gross. The bathroom smelled so strongly of bleach, even when the door was shut it smelled. Also it's 100% a motel, not a hotel.

The stuff, not at fault for this, was very kind.

The hotel itself might be ok, but there was a confusion with the reservation. I found here in the app a room with "Ocean View" and pay with no refund or cancelation possibilities just because of that. Unfortunately, that is not what we got. The fact that it was my husband's birthday and the room experience was part of it, made it worse.

Location

Noise from other rooms even though they were not being exceptionally loud. View is less than from the photos.

The location was great as it's right on gwangalli Beach. Close to some good restaurants too.

I couldn't find the hotel at first, but after some perseverance and asking around, I found the location.
