Nice quiet block of Crown Heights!! Near to transit. Lovely owners/staff. Very clean.
Not much. Bed could use a mattress topper to be more comfortable. Room could have more than one pillow.

Beds were comfortable, location was great for us, but may not be for people looking to stay in a hip part of Brooklyn.
These are rooms in someones home. It's clean and comfortable and they have a shared little kitchen on each floor, so it's fine. It's more functional than fun.

The location was easy for me to visit family, close to subway and not far walking, in an interesting neighborhood of brownstone buildings. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed talking with the proprieter. (I even was able to practice my French.) The book collection is impressive. It was clean and attractively decorated. The check-in and systerm of keys was arranged and explained well. I appreciated the prompt and friendly messages online.
My room was very small, but it was clean and fine for my 2-night stay. Being a guest house, the bathroom was down the hall, but I didn't need to share and it was spotless.

Very clean with a good location.
Very small room with no television. It had a shared kitchen and the bathroom, not shared in fairness, was located on the landing
I would have expected more for my 1 night stay.
