Casa Maty was wonderful! The house was bigger than it looked in the pictures online. The laundry and kitchen were fully equipped. The bedroom AC was fast and efficient. The surrounding gardens and pool and rooftop palapa were delightful. Maty and Domingo were so helpful and charming.

Everything about the accommodation & the hosts were delightful. The location was perfect...far enough away from town to be very quiet, & close enough to be well-lit at night and close to all amenities, including terrific restaurants. The magnificent beach was very close at hand as well. Beds were very comfortable with 2 bathrooms & showers...plenty of storage in each room. Washer/dryer helpful for longer stays. Lovely private pool was perfect at the end of an afternoon.

We basically did need to use our phone when we arrived in San Pancho to arrange to get into the accommodation.

Clean, functional, good beds AC in bedrooms only, not in main area

Had trouble contacting host at address since we had no wi-fi or phone service. Nice neighbor texted host for us.
