The property is in an excellent location. A minute's walk to the beach and the same to get to the main shopping street with all the cafes, restaurant and shops.
It is a good size apartment with two large bedrooms.
The host was really helpful and was close by if we needed to contact her. Santa Maria is a beautiful little town with lots of beaches and we had had really enjoyable and relaxing few days there as a family with two children age 11 and 13.

La casetta è a piano zero, spaziosa e ben posizionata in centro del paese.
Piuttosto umida, non comodissima per alcuni aspetti (letto, divano), parcheggio non vicinissimo in cima ad una salita.

Posizione perfetta, in zona tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro e al mare. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Casa accogliente con tutto il necessario, ci ha fatto trovare anche l’occorrente per la colazione e acqua in frigo
