Free parking just below appartment. Large shower with good pressure.. Beach materials (parasol,mats) could be borrowed. A large closet available. There is also a shared kitchen which can be used.
Furthermore,the owner helped us on the first day with the suitcase to the accomodation
It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which is tiresome at the end of the day. Unfortunately,cleaning was not performed daily,we had to request it for the 3rd day. Advise (change the toiletseat,it is smaller than the toilet base)

Il signor Enzo molto gentile ed accogliente. In stanza avevamo la macchinetta del caffè con tutte le brioches, asciugamani profumatissimi, bagno privato con shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone per le mani. Cucina in comune molto pulita, wifi funzionante. Stazione e fermata bus a pochi passi dalla struttura

Posizione ottima, vicina al mare, alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, al centro di Alghero, vicina ai supermercati, ci si può muovere tranquillamente a piedi. La camera era accogliente e il signor Enzo, insieme a sua moglie e alla signora Maddalena, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Breakfast was good but had to be consumed in the bedroom (Covide rules?!?), with no proper dining table. At the end with had breakfast in bed.

The B&B is located on the last floor (no elevator) of a social housing building. Everything was safe and quite, but not very central and for sure not fancy.
