Love the location and the room was clean and well made for our arrival. A pleasant surprise was the lift that served every floor in the hotel!
Do take note that rooms with windows facing the front of the hotel will be noisy throughout the night as there's a 24-hour eatery just next door to the hotel. So for light sleepers, perhaps a room facing the back or without a window will be a better option. Otherwise the hotel is perfect for short stays or budget travellers as the location is just a stone's throw away from Subway Lagoon.

Nearby and centrally located. Things accessible around the hotel.
Better customer service and should listened to requests. Also asked and charged deposit fee even though paid for room in advance via booking.com.
