The staff was exceptional, the rooms were cleans and comfortable, the pool was nice as well. The views are beautiful and the beach is quiet and relaxing.
The temperature of the water was difficult to regulate during a shower, either boiling hot water or freezing water.

It is a very sweet hotel with Italian owners and one of the best real Italian restaurants in Jambiani. Cozy, beautiful and very tasty restaurant. I loved how my room was decorated, plus the view from it in the morning at sunrise, the swimming pool is nice.

The room with sea view really has an amazing view, and the beach in front of the hotel is nice and relatively quiet. The area of Jambiani is nice, much more quiet the nearby village of Paje. The breakfast was tasty.
- The biggest issue was that our room was poorly isolated against light and noise (all rooms with sea view are located right next to the restaurant, which is quite loud between 06 am to almost midnight).
- Breakfast is served and the service is often extremely slow (> 30 minute wait for scrambled eggs...).
- No drinking water is provided in the rooms (not a big issue, but in any other hotel we stayed in Zanzibar we always got at least two small bottles per day).
- Minor issue: the price of excursions offered by the hotel is significantly higher that what offered by local tour guides.
