The hotel was budget-friendly. The staff was exceptionally kind. Wi-Fi and air conditioning were freely available, and breakfast was included, so we didn’t have to pay extra like in other hotels

Le personnel était plutôt accueillant malgré la barrière de la langue,et le manager en particulier a fait l’effort de résoudre nos préoccupations (il y avait un problème avec la lumière dans une des chambres et il nous a donné un lit de plus alors que notre réservation avait une erreur sur le site de booking). Les desserts étaient particulièrement bon, le nettoyage des chambres était fait régulièrement. Bonne pression de l’eau (froide et chaude), pas de coupure d’électricité
Les lits étaient très hauts et difficiles pour y monter. Le petit déjeuné n’était pas très varié et en quantité insuffisante pour satisfaire tout le monde. Les mobiliers n’étaient assez usés et devraient t’être renouvelé. Les chaîne de la télé ne marchaient pas dans les chambres. Pas d’animations dans l’hôtel, ce qui rendait le séjour un peu morose
