Perfect location, right at the beach. Lovely swimming pool and outside areas in general. The food and drinks (cocktails/juices) were amazing and the staff was super friendly and welcoming!
Breakfast could be a bit more elaborate and there's no fresh coffee being served at the breakfast. Everything else was great.

A fantastic budget option for Jambiani Beach. Everything here has been planned around guest comfort and enjoyment, and the staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. Fantastic location right on the beach but part of local village life once you step over the doorstep. I stayed in the dorm (very good value), but there are a number of other options for guests seeking a bit more privacy and comfort. I seldom give 10-star ratings, but I can’t fault Teddy’s and I would love to return should I get the chance.
I have to mention the rats - this is no reflection on Teddy’s - I am sure they do everything they can to reduce the population but rats are a visible reality in Jambiani (no matter where you stay) concentrated population, traditional village structures, open-air beach properties, and localized waste management challenges means that you will likely come across rats during your holiday

Really enjoyed my stay at New Teddy's. It's a quiet location at the beach, very chilled and staff is super friendly and helpful. Used the spa for a mani and pedi and can also recommend.
