Location is perfect it is 30 seconds away from the beach, everything is very clean. Staff is also top tier.

It was comfortable and cosy very close to the beach. Staff were lovely.
The electricity went off almost on a daily basis from several minutes to an hour.

The breakfast, I ate everyday to my satisfaction 😂😇. the rooms were clean & spacious, friendly staff. Proximity to beach. in future they can maybe furnish the kitchenette with cooking equipment to help guest who would opt to make own meals
When the power goes out, they are reluctant to start the generator, yet it's part of what you pay for. If you don't complain, you will stay in darkness while the neighbouring hotel has already turned on theirs.

Clean pool, friendly staff, comfortable bed with mosquito net, fruit plate for breakfast-very nice.
Very low water pressure, makes it hard to take a shower. The property needs some maintenance in general.It is very close to the beach, but NOT on the beach. In Zanzibar, this makes an important difference, because you have no sunbeds on the beach (unless you go to another hotel and pay), no sitting in the hotel bar on the beach, no restaurant on the beach…almost all beach is taken by the hotels and not being in one, that has a direct access to the beach, makes a big difference. Hotel also takes 5% charge on credit cards (e.g. Booking price plus 5%), which we found unfair. And hm, kitchennete is just a funny space-I cannot imagine myself cooking there (see photo). No soap, no toiletries in the room.
