Management sehr bemüht wenn etwas nicht funktionierte und sehr hilfsbereit.

Kommunikation durchs Personal teilweise nicht so gut, wir warteten (obwohl wir 3 Stunden im Voraus das Essen für 19 Uhr bestellt hatten) über eine Stunde auf das Essen - weil der Pizzateig noch gemacht / besorgt werden musste. Das hätte man einfach sagen sollen, dann hätten wir etwas anderes bestellt. Oder an einen Morgen wurden wir um 7:15h abgeholt, ich bat darum, dass wir direkt um 7 Uhr frühstücken können und bestellte alles bereits abends vor, als wir morgens kamen tauchte um 7:10 jemand auf um unsere Bestellung anzunehmen. Also gingen wir ohne Frühstück…

Het is een heerlijk hotel! Het is kleinschalig en voelt daarom erg veilig en vertrouwd. De kamers zijn heel ruim en licht. De medewerkers zijn superlief en werken hard. En het eten… Zooo lekker!! Elke dag genoeg keuze en alles vers bereid. Binnen een minuut lopen sta je op een prachtig strand, maar als je scooters wil huren kunnen ze hier ook mee helpen.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food on offer was tasty. The generator kicks in immediately when there is a power outage. The villa is a minute's walk to the beach. There is a masjid close by. You can catch a boat to Mnemba Island and the adjacent snorkeling area from the beach outside the villa. The beach outside the villa is quiet and less touristy. The villa, pool area and rooms match the pictures.

At this price point, there was a lack of many amenities such as a safe, kettle, hair dryer and TV in the room. The bathroom showerhead was broken. The geyser has sufficient hot water for one shower only and then needs to warm up for the next person. The mattress was very thin and lacked a duvet. Breakfast options were limited and we were only allowed to order one item from the menu. For dinner, drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. There was no seating area and umbrellas on the beach. We could only swim in the ocean during high tide as there was a tremendous amount of sea urchins in the water outside the villa.
