What stood out the most for us was the incredibly friendly staff as well as the consistently outstanding meals. Kudos to the chef!!! The view of the ocean each evening after our day trips with the moon rising over the Indian ocean was spectacular. The pool was lovely as well!
It took a little time for the hotel to fulfil our request of all individual beds for everyone in our family but they did meet it.

The staff in incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is fantastic and the location cannot be beat. This a an excellent budget option for families. Yes, there are fancier resorts right next door, but you cannot beat the value.
My only "complaint" would be the wifi, which is quite slow. However, I found it sufficient for email and web surfing. Video streaming or large downloads aren't really practical. This is a small complaint given the value and quality of other amenities.

The location is beautiful. The grounds are lush.
The villa really is a 3 star villa. Not 4 stars as rated. The rooms are tired and need attention to detail for both painting and cleaning.
The food at the restaurant leaves room for improvement. Very plain and basic.
