the owner, Issa, and the staff are wonderful. The view of the ocean from the large balcony was great. There is direct beach access and the included breakfast is served in the restaurant located right next to the ocean, only steps away.
I also had an excellent massage from a friend of the owner while staying there. And she put me in contact with her son who has a boat. Went with him and his crew of 2 on an excellent snorkel & sailing adventure my final full day in Zanzibar. The water in Zanzibar is the most beautiful I've ever seen, and I live in Hawaii. It is so clear & clean and the most beautiful blues and turquoises. Mahalo to Issa and his staff for a wonderful stay in Jambiani.

Amazing location, beautiful view from the window and terrace. Great breakfast in a restaurant downstairs right on the beach. We got to choose whatever we want and it was exceptional comparing to the others.
There was a power break, so the guesthouse could use a power generator
