Villa was spacious with its own pool. Very luxurious. The actual resort is located away from the crowds and makes your stay feel in full peace and tranquility.
If you have mobility issues this resort offers transfer with club car from your villa to the reception or car park.
The most important is the way resort set up communication on WhatsApp, so it makes easier for guests to contact reception. Respond was always swift.
Another unusual but extremely convenient for us was the way they served breakfast. You order from the Menu and they just bring it to you on a very nicely served plate.
We were missing full length mirror in our villa.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, breakfast delicious, private pool such a luxury, the main pool and bar area good vibes and nice music, spa was excellent, rooms very comfortable, excellent services like transfers to and from town (and they included a complimentary transfer to port on the last day). Gym was also well equipped
Could have done with more picky snacks on menu if you didnt want a full meal, or a vending machine as its far from town and sometimes you just need a bag of crisps !

The facility is well presented.
The staff are polite.
The sea views were nice.
Chargeable extras like water in the room. You can’t drink the tap water and due to the hotel’s remote location there are no shops nearby to purchase supplies. They served water at breakfast but when I wanted to take it with me back to the room they told me it would be chargeable to the room - outrageous! Breakfast itself was disappointing - a basic menu from which you are allowed to only order one item, extra items chargeable. They serve terrible filter coffee with breakfast, so I asked for a double espresso but was told would be chargeable extra. Due to the remote location the only way to get around is to use their transfer service, which is chargeable and expensive at €25 for a short 10/15min trip so if staying here rent a car or something. Late check out is offered but for an extra €150 charge.
The transfer service itself is unreliable as they only have two drivers for the entire hotel, for example we booked a 10:45pm pick up from town but after waiting 45mins we cancelled and used a taxi that passed by. The hotel generally felt understaffed.
We didn’t appreciate the attempted upselling of trips and tours either when were checking in.
This is all a reflection on the hotel management and we won’t be staying here again nor would we recommend it. This is a real shame as this hotel was the last we stayed in on our Greece trip and we expected it to be the best but it fell short of expectations.
