Piscine privée avec une vue splendide. Personnel bien reçu et une personne parlait français.
La chambre n'est pas un 5 étoiles, impossible de prendre un bain tant que la baignoire était délabrée. Les voisins d'a côté on vu sur notre piscine privée, terrasse sans intimité

The staff is really nice, the hotel is very special with large caves rooms, private pools and amazing views.
Overall good experience but was expecting better for a real 5 star hotel at 500 euros per night
Not easy to get to the rooms (although they help you get to your rooms with a small car).
For a 5 star hotel at 500 euros per night I was expecting better rooms (the tv is small, the paint needs to be remade in the bathroom).
Also the pools are not heated in the rooms and the water is extremely cold, I was ok with it but my wife couldn’t get inside as it was too cold.
In addition, my wife and I booked massages at the spa and while my wife said her massage was decent, mine was really the worst I never had (and I had hundred of massages in my life) and I feel like she was a new employee. Not putting enough oil, bad pressure, really not a good time. Also they don’t offer you even a glass of water at the end of your massage.
When I went to report it at the front desk, they said the spa is not owned by the hotel so they wouldn’t do anything about it (which shouldn’t be the case and they need to take responsibility as the spa is at the hotel).
I was expecting to get a refund at last on my massage (150 euros) but they wouldn’t offer anything on it.
