The room was spacious and exactly as described and shown in the pictures (if not better). The property was clean and well kept, with a modern and luxurious feel. The breakfast was very tasty and changed every day so you are not eating the same thing. The receptionist Adrianna and the housekeeper were exceptionally nice, polite, accomodating, and were very responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for an amazing stay in Santorini.

We had a wonderful experience and stay at Neptune. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - the hostess Adriana was delightful and very attentive from start to finish. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and in an incredible location overlooking the Caldera. The private plunge pool was a highlight and fresh breakfast served on the terrace was amazing - when the wind permitted - it can get very windy! All in all, top class and we would go back in an instant.
Nothing really. A bit more cutlery and crockery would have been appreciated for snacks/fruit etc but not a big deal.

Great view, very clean, private terrace and breakfast on the terrace with the view is wonderful.
