A wonderful apartment in a very scenic setting.

Location perfect, quiet setting and very close to the lake and village facilities. Cleanliness exceptional. Facilities in kitchen excellent, making self catering easy. Easy access to the property via a key lock box. We used the Konus card (received when paying the Tourist Tax) on local trains and it was excellent value.

Pillows very uncomfortable- we did request 2 more, which we got, but still not great. Very minor complaint, as overall exceptional accommodation.

Abandoned on the street in the rain.....

Once I booked, I asked if it was possible to delay check-in from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, but since we didn't get a response, we sped up our trip, avoiding any stops and arriving well before 6:00 PM. We arrived around 5:00 PM and found no one to greet us. We started calling the two numbers listed, but no one ever answered. At that point, we started ringing doorbells, and a very kind couple told us we should call those numbers, as we were already doing... No answer, and meanwhile, it continued to rain... At 5:45 PM, the kind lady who had tried to help us brought us the room key and told us the owner would call us. Shortly after, the "owner" called me and, after giving us directions to the room, was careful to inform us that we needed to leave €10.50 on the table with the keys upon checkout. This situation is completely ridiculous.

They don't even have any lake view as shown in the pictures. So it's deceiving. You'll feel cheated.
