Location was super for getting into old town Lecce. Roberto was very responsive & helpful & allowed us an early check in & late check out. The apartment was spacious with great aircon & well equipped kitchen. A most impressive flat screen TV & super comfy sofa was also amazing for movie watching.
The apartment could do with a good scrub especially the fridge. The pillows were way too firm which we found strange since a previous guest mentioned this in their review. We should've mentioned this to Roberto in hindsight...
One thing to note is the apartment is across the street from a very popular restaurant & some nights they have live music which can be heard in the bedroom until late at night. The windows are soundproofed but it was that loud! Unfortunately we were not able to sit outside at night as the mosquitoes are as big as small birds & descend at dusk. Such a shame, although the outside sitting area wasn't very comfortable...cushions for the bench seats & outside dining table would've been appreciated.
The listing is quite confusing as it is not very clear which accommodation belongs to the apartment. There are many pictures of bathrooms & bedrooms & no indication of which you'll get.
Overall we enjoyed our stay...just needs a little TLC.

Wir konnten ziemlich früh ins Apartment. Das ist wirklich groß, schön geschnitten und hat eine riesige Küche. Es gibt überall Mückengitter und leistungsstarke Klimaanlagen. Um die Ecke gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei.
Die Dusche war sehr verkalkt und das Wasser lief aus der Dusche ins Bad. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche konnte kaum gedreht werden. Wir hatten es so verstanden, dass Parkplätze zum Apartment gehören, gemeint ist aber, dass auf der Straße kostenlos geparkt werden kann. Das ist tagsüber kein Problem, abends muss man aber suchen und auch mal entfernter parken. Bei Betrieb der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer lief Wasser aus einem Schlauch über den Balkon.

Great location right opposite the old town and with cafes and food stores nearby, really spacious and comfortable apartment with outdoor covered patio. Host was really helpful
There were a few odd things that detracted a bit from the apartment like the kitchen tap was loose, the washing machine worked but was rusty

Spacious and cool because of the 6m high domed ceilings. Hardly needed air con but when we did effective in minutes. Few doors away from Cantinerie Hambirreria. A great place for food and beer. Bus to the beach 1.50e. Wouldnt hesitate in coming back. Street parking wasnt a problem.
Patio area got wet with condensate pipe from air con. But while we were there it was 10 deg warmer outside even at night so we staid in after returning.
