Chiara was an amazing hostess!! She was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The breakfasts had a lot of variety and we were able to pick what time we wanted them available. We had a couple of requests during our 4-night stay (a kettle to make tea and pillow tops for the mattress as the bed was firmer than we like) and the requests were dealt with so quickly! We had noise complaints during the night due to teenagers/young adults hanging out below our window in the courtyard below...playing video games and yelling back and forth. Even though that was NOT any fault of Palazzo Grassi's, Chiara worked her magic each time. She really is a fantastic hostess! Also, the location was awesome!!
There is so much potential with this place in terms of small renovations that could be done to bring it up a bit. The outside patio (that was common space), where we were able to eat breakfast had old, uncomfortable furniture. Our last day or two they were fixing up the patio (so we ate inside in this really grand dining room!!) so it would be great to see what it looks like now. I would really recommend getting some different furniture for outside as well. But honestly, it was a great location and Chiara was amazing, so we would recommend it to people for sure.

Ms Chiara was an amazing host, she help us a lot and was really responsive and helpful! Our room was spacious and clean, we had a patio and a balcony! It’s located in the city center and all the restaurants and bars are just around the corner. Baia Verde beach is 20-25 minutes on foot…Breakfast was lovely too…I hope we’ll get a chance to stay at Palazzo Grassi again in the future…

Wir reisen sehr viel und können den Aufenthalt hier leider nicht als „fabelhaft“ beschreiben – davon ist die Unterkunft weit entfernt. Das Positive vorweg: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bemüht- dafür bedanken wir uns herzlich! (Obwohl jeden Tag/mehrmals am Tag von dem Unterkunft Informationen versendet wurden, das war etwas lästig). Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer allgemein optisch sehr schön. Es ist echt schade, dass es so schmutzig war, obwohl das Objekt eigentlich toll sein könnte. Die Freundlichkeit kann die vielen Mängel leider nicht ausgleichen, kaputte und rostige Möbel im Frühstücksbereich, viel verrostete Deco.
Zimmerterrasse: sehr unhygienisch, Vogel Kot auf den Möbeln und einem sehr dreckigen Boden, obwohl täglich gereinigt wurde hat es niemand bemerkt.
Zimmer: Reste von den Vorgängern (Vape-Reste in den Schubladen) und keine Gläser auf dem Zimmern nur Papierbecher.
Badezimmer: schlecht geputzt und überhaupt Renovierungsbedürftig!
Frühstück: Sehr, sehr wenig Auswahl, jeden Tag das gleiche (wir waren 7 Tage). Unsere Töchter haben nach nur einem Tag komplett darauf verzichtet. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein absolut zentraler Punkt. Aufgrund der genannten Mängel ist die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlenswert!
SAUBERKEIT! Kaputte Möbel auf der Frühstücksterasse! Informationen in der Beschreibung fehlerhaft: keine Hotel-Bar etc.
