Exceptional

Kindness and a quick response to any question from the property’s host was the most impressive. Rooms are appointed with all necessities and more, and the balcony is a beautiful garden spot to relax and recharge. Kitchen appliances are perfect for the stay. The location is a few minutes proximity to all kinds of transportation and walking distance to the best points in city. We are very happy with our stay and can not wait to go back. Paldies!

Very central location, very clean. Could be noisy (karaoke).

Very central location. Very clean. Enough platters, forks etc. Separate bedroom (silent).

At the street level there was a bar with karaoke (Saturday). A lot of noise. But not so much in the bedroom, door closed.

Spacy apartment in the middle of Riga old town close to the touristic sights

Location is close to touristic sights with lots of cafés and restaurants around Apartment is spacy Quiet sleeping room to the court yard

3rd floor w/o elevator Apartment is somewhat dark since the parquet floor, a lot of the furniture and decoration has very dark and light-consuming colours Sleeping in the living room could be a bit noisy

if I have to find something: No elevator, so complicated if you have a heavy bag, but this is old Riga not NY

Apartments is perfect for a short or long term stay. Everything you needed is available. Easy check-in and check-out. Host, Janis is very attentive. I do recommend it and hope to come back again:)

Perfect

Just like home, coffee included. Perfect location, minutes walking from station and old town, supermarket, coffee shop and shopping center just around the corner. Host contacted me before arrival and helped with some questions about the city. High end hifi music equipment with CDs just fitted to my tastes, Bach, Pink Floyd… It’ clear the host has been very thoughtful about what you as a guest would like to find there: amenities in the bathroom, coffee, salt, maps, two wonderful books about Riga and Jurmala, extension cables…Needless to say, spotless and comfortable and with a general sense of contemporary architectural good taste. I definitely would come back.

There’s a pub just opposite the house which has a speaker on the street, throwing music to the otherwise quiet and lovely street. If you’re at home enjoying a rest in the late afternoon with the windows opened it’s really annoying. But the window frames are fantastic and if you close them the silence returns…

Excellent weekend break in Riga

Spacious and nicely designed apartment in the very heart of Riga. The apartment itself is situated on the 3rd floor of a building to which you have to climb a steep stairs. However, If you get there you know this was worth an effort. It has got everything you need for a comfortable stay - a big wooden table, huge sofa, fully quipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. The bedroom windows overook a courtyard, whereas the living room ones the street. And even though we are in the city centre it is quite quiet. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean.

Great stay

Great location in the old town. Short walk to restaurants, cafes and sights. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Owner answered very fast to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay.
