Another company made a mistake ending with an aggressive group banging on the door claiming they should be staying there - only downside of an otherwise great stay.

Great location close to theatres, river, town and historic sites.

The word “luxury” is a distinct overstatement. It was simple and comfortable enough but felt tired in decor and basic in equipment.

it was spacious and with four guests we didn’t get on top of each other. the tea/coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. property was clean and well furnished. the location was second to none and the permit made the parking so much easier.

Loved the location of the apartment, right in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Very clean and spacious apartment.

Terrible tap in kitchen

The apartment is so close to all the local attractions. We couldn’t believe we were next door to Hall’s Croft and a literal stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Grave etc. The parking permit was a game changer and the added touches like tea bags, milk and biscuits were really thoughtful and appreciated.

The location is perfect. A short walk to most things in Stratford-upon-Avon.

All rooms well appointed and equipped.

One small suggestion. Put a soap dish in the shower cubicle - even a hanging one. There is nowhere to put soap or shampoo when you are showering.

The location is excellent, yet quiet for such a central location. The sofa bed is very comfortable, so you can easily have a guest in the lounge room. Everything was exceptionally clean. The heating was easy to control. The kitchen was easy to use and lovely to have a full sized fridge/freezer. Having large suitcases, it was great to be on the ground floor too.

location was ideal the parking permit was really useful and thoughtfully left on the stairs as you open the front door so great to grab and get parked. It was well equipped with good quality utensils and appliances.

Not luxurious . Bathroom is old. Yellow showers with black mold in corners. Shower didn't drain. Plug was filthy and full of hair. Cobwebs, dirty windows, dust on pictures, stains and dirt on walls, no ends on curtain rails so curtains fell off. Mirrors in bedroom pointed down not possible to see face. No bolt to tighten the sash window so rattled very loudly whe you walked across the room. Only 2 towels for 3 people and no tea cloths. Very bad communication from the host. I have mor photos butcannot add them.
