I have stayed here since 2011 and ONLY stay here when I visit Nicaragua. The staff STILL REMEMBERS ME! They treat me like family. They go out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable and cater to all my needs. I will only recommend this hotel in Matagalpa, Nicaragua.

I only have 1 negative thing, and it wasn't on the hotel. Due to it being a dry season, the hot water was not available every day I was there. I had to take a quick cold shower, but it wasn't on them.

The staff was excellent. We really liked the people here, the rooms are very clean, and the location was great.

The rooms are not very soundproof. In the morning, anyone walking by or eating breakfast makes a loud noise and it's not possible to sleep.

Stayed here five times now. Great location in town - clean and quiet rooms. Staff always friendly and helpful and great breakfast.
