The amount of space on offer and the facilities is excellent, (2 bed 2 bath) plus the added little comfort extras provided. Complimentary Molton Brown toiletries, towelling robes, snacks, bottles of refrigerated water, Nespresso coffee machine in addition to the normal tea/coffee/hot choc offerings.
There had obviously been a water leak issue as there was a very strong smell of damp and a dehumidifier just outside in the corridor, not present last time I stayed here. Otherwise I would have given a 10 without hesitation rather than a 9 as it did give me a headache as it was that strong throughout the apartment during our latest stay.

The Suites are located 3 minutes walk from the Car Park and are very convenient for being in the middle of a very vibrant city.
( you get a discount with the Q car park if you’re staying at the suites we google searched it after reading about it on the reviews)
The suites are suitable for a short or long stay as they are well equipped with everything you require: from a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine to an oven , toaster and a coffee machine .
We liked that we had a sitting lounge area with a sofa and armchairs and a separate dining table and chairs .
The bedroom was roomy and there were two televisions- one in the bedroom and one in the living room for different viewing choices .
The staff are very friendly and helpful .

The apartments are in a great location.
Very modern and comfortable.
None of the TVs had signal, housekeeping came in but couldn’t fix it and I received a message that maintenance would look at the issue but no one else turned up and the issue was not fixed.
We booked an apartment got a home away from home so we would go out during the day and relax on the night. Made it harder with no TV. Also all the fans are pointless as the higher setting is very slow so didn’t help when trying to sleep.
